Welcome to "The Happy Woofer"...
Hello and thank you for entering our website, THE HAPPY WOOFER, aka, M & D KENNEL. We are family owned and would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves. First there is M & D, Mike and Diane. We started the kennel in search of something to do in our retirement. Diane has a lot of experience with dogs; showing, breeding, training and working in a veterinarians office. Mike also has a lot of experience with animals but his expertise comes mostly with horses and the "dog down on the farm". Kate takes all of the cute little puppy pictures she is also the very nice person that you will talking to and meeting when you would like to visit one of our cute little puppies. Donna works in the kennel assuring that it is always very clean and all of the doggies are well taken care of. We also have help with the kennel by some of our other children that pitch in to help from time to time. They are Rebecca, Rachel, Sandy's children (Corey, Mikey, & Samantha).
You may ask, why so many different breeds? Well, since this is our fun and hobby, we like so many different breeds and are fascinated by them all. And anyway, that gives you, the consumer, more breeds to choose from. Now, we will tell you that we have some favorites but we wouldn't tell the dogs which ones they are. Almost everyone of us chooses a different breed but that is why they make "vanilla, chocolate and strawberry".
